成功面试四步曲
进入面试是人生的一次机遇同时也是一次挑战,如何选择面试辅导老师是同学们期望知道的,也许聪明的同学会挨家的听免费公开课,很多同学都是看机构名气其实看名气是不理智的,例如:全国知名机构在北京的老师特别厉害,有中央直属机构的十万班,在北京的郊区庄园开班,很少好老师会去其他核心城市以外地方,往往是刚毕业的研究生做讲师,本科毕业的做助教。
我个人认为面试应该分四步走,下面我简要的介绍一下面试的四部曲:
第一部,能讲话,听过老师的基础知识的讲解很多同学能简要的说出核心内容,但是答题时间短,没有像样的连接词,不成句,不完整。
第二部,能完整的说出意思,心中有很多想法,会犹豫,不知道哪个是对的,不知道该不该说,有的时候想说的会忘记,基本能基本完整的答题。
第三部,能够顺畅的回答完问题,甚至经常超时,能够流畅的答题。
第四部,成为考场高手,有开头有结尾,有点缀性的语言,能够取得考场前三名。
面试四部走是我在多年教学中的感受,有的老师你觉得他的讲授很华丽,但是没有用,听完他的课程你讲不出来他那样的语言。
教育是责任,想要完成这四步走,一般需要1个月左右的时间,希望大家都能如愿以偿,取得好的成绩。
