  应届生面试自我评价小贴士

  1、突出专业背景和学习成绩

  如果是应聘和专业相关的职位,如财务岗位、法务岗位、技术岗位,本身具有与该职位相符或相关的专业,首先要突出专业背景,其次要强化专业背景。

  强化专业背景,就是要突出专业优势。如果成绩较好,就要突出专业成绩,比如说是班级的前1%、年级的前3%、院系的前5%等。奖学金是成绩优秀的标志。要将几个奖学金合并例举,可采用“先后获得国家奖学金、励志奖学金、校一等奖学金”等语言表述。如果获奖次数较多,不要采用“多次”这样的模糊用语,尽量将其量化。

  如果成绩较差,那么则要淡化成绩,而将表述重点放在与专业相关的实践活动上。以财务管理职位为例,将表述放在“多次参加财务管理岗位的实习工作”上。如先后在市会计核算中心、市资产管理公司财务部、扬帆物流公司财务部实习,具有较强的专业实践能力。

  2、突出职位相关的实践经验

  应聘某个职位,如果具备相关的实践经验,会较受招聘单位亲睐。如应聘法务岗位,列举在法院(国家机关)、律师事务所、法律援助中心、企业法务岗等实习实践经历。

  强化与职位相关的实践经验,是自我介绍的加分项。

  3、突出与职位相关的性格特点、优点特长

  每个职位对性格特点都有所要求,我们应当“投岗所好”,尽量描述与岗位相关的性格特点,应聘销售岗位,要突出性格开朗、积极外向、喜好交际;应聘财务岗位,要突出性格文静、做事细心、责任感强;应聘技术岗位,要突出办事稳重、严谨有条理。可能部分同学会有疑问,性格特点是本身具有的,可以用描述无中生有吗?其实,我们也不是教你们无中生有,而是你应聘该职位,说明你本身具有从事该职位的意愿和优势,而且人的认识能力有限。如果你自己都不自信,那为何勉为其难应聘该职位。

  优点特长,要视情况,主要是列举与应聘职位相关的优点特长。如应聘文艺策划职位,能歌善舞自然是最大的亮点;应聘文秘、文职岗位,写作功底扎实是最大的亮点。与职位无关的优点特长,如果没有特别需要,不需描述。

  总之,性格特点和优点特长的描述要与职位相关,体现出相关性原则。
