简历制作的六个基本标准
想要成功面试,要有好的敲门砖,简历是招聘公司对自己的第一印象,如何才能做出好的简历,抓住主考管呢?下面教你几招:
1、内容简、短、精湛(过长的简历毫无作用)
招聘公司每天都有大量的投递简历,而招聘者平均在每份简历上花费1.4分钟,一般只会阅读1页半材料。过长的简历不容易突出重点。在简历后附上一大堆证明材料的做法并不会给你怎加面试机会的,一般在初试通过后招聘公司才要求提供。
2、多种投递方式带来双保障
现在网络技术比较发达,求职者喜欢用电子邮件的方式发送邮件,但有的招聘公司还是偏向于传统的邮递方式,这里建议您通过多种方式投递。
3、硬性指标要过硬
有一些公司的雇主会通过助理来处理受到的简历,而这些人员会有一些硬性的选择标准。还有一些公司在初试时,也基本看这些硬性指标。 如六级英语证书、户口、专业背景、学校名声、在校成绩值得注意的是:这些标准不一定会在招聘要求中注明,但自己心里一定要有数,相关的信息一定要全。
4、外企重视英语和学校
中国的公司和外资企业的关注点有一定区别。总的来讲,外企更重视英语和学校名声,中国公司看重专业和户口。越是热门的公司,其往往对在校成绩更关注。建议学生制作不同的简历来突出不同的要点。
5、总体印象重要所学课程次要
只有23%的人能在半小时后大体描述它所看过的简历上学生具体活动和职位。他们只有一个对学生性格的总体印象。所以:是学生会副主席还是部长并不重要,关键是你不要给人留下一个书呆子的印象。但如果说谎,也容易出局。
很多简历上会列出自己的学习课程,只有4%的公司会仔细阅读。专家建议:你可以列出,但必须是重要的,而且不要超过一行。
6、简历表达好增加录取机会
同一个人的简历,经过专家修改,可以增加43%的录取机会。简历的常见问题是:表达不简洁,用词带过多感情色彩,英语表达不规范,过长无重心,格式不规范等。
