英文简历的格式结构
包括页眉部分、教育背景、工作经历和个人资料四部分。如果已经有全职工作了,一定把工作经历放在前面(即"页眉部分之后");如果您目前还是在校学生,应该把教育背景放在前面。举个例子,一个美国商学院的毕业生,在一个很大的公司里工作了三年,不断得到提升,从未换过工作。由于新换了老板,他想换个工作,猎头让他把简历传过去,传过去后几天迟迟没有消息,他问为什么,猎头左找右找,终于在学生类的简历里找到了他的简历。原来,他用的是学生简历的格式,被当作了在校生。所以,作为在职人员,若把教育背景放在前面,人家会对你很不重视。
