一般情况下, 简历的长度以A4纸1页为限, 简历越长,被认真阅读的可能性越小。如何让简历10秒钟呈现重要内容,求职指南给予了说明。
清晰原则:清晰的目的就是要便于阅读。就像是制作一份平面广告作品一样, 简历 排版时需要综合考虑字体大小、行和段的间距、重点内容的突出等因素。
真实性原则:不要试图编造工作经历或者业绩,谎言不会让你走得太远。大多数的谎言在 面试 过程中就会被识破,更何况许多大公司(尤其是外企)在提供OFFER前会根据简历和相关资料进行背景调查。但真实性并非就是要把我们的缺点和不足和盘托出,可以选择突出哪些内容或忽视哪些内容,要知道优化≠掺假。
针对性原则:假如A公司要求你具备相关行业经验和良好的销售业绩,你在简历中清楚地陈述了有关的经历和事实并且把它们放在突出的位置,这就是针对性。不仅仅是简历,在写 求职信 、跟进信以及感谢信的时候,针对性都是十分重要的原则。
价值性原则:使用语言力求平实、客观、精炼,篇幅视工作所限为1-2页,工作年限5年以下,通常以1页为宜;工作年限在5年以上,通常为2页。注意提供能够证明工作业绩的量化数据,同时提供能够提高职业含金量的成功经历。独有经历一定要保留,如著名公司从业、参与著名 培训 会议论坛、与著名人物接触的经历,将最闪光的拎出即可。
条理性原则:要将公司可能雇用你的理由,用自己过去的经历有条理地表达出来。个人基本资料、工作经历包括职责和业绩、教育与 培训 这三大块为重点内容,其次重要的是职业目标、核心技能、背景概论、语言与计算机能力、奖励和荣誉。
客观性原则:简历上应提供客观的证明或者佐证资历、能力的事实和数据。如“2008年因销售业绩排名第一获得公司嘉奖”和“在某参展活动中表现出良好的组织能力获得赞扬”,后者的客观性明显比前者弱。另外,简历要避免使用第一人称“我”。
