毫无疑问,那就是工作经验,对于应届生来说,就是实习经历和社团经历。简历中还要学会用“关键词、数字、结果”来描述经历,把实习和社团经历有血有肉 地丰满起来。诸如在报社实习,你可以用一段话写出你在实习中发了多少稿,稿件的社会价值在哪里等。当你描述了这段实习经历之后,你简历的含金量将成倍增长。
不应只拥有一份简历模板
有HR指出,企业需要你具备什么的素质,在你的简历中就应当体现出这些素质,并将对方不需要的删除在简历之外。“人岗匹配”原则提醒我们,进入职场不应该只拥有一份简历模板。
一般而言,外企只需要简单的个人信息即可。简历中最重要的项目,是应聘者过去的经历,能否说明其具备一定的素质和能力,并判断其个性特征是否符合企业文化,这要求应聘者用详细的文字或数字化的语言描述在实习中的具体工作及成果。
而国企较为看重的因素有专业课程和成绩、学术活动、研究生师从的导师、与申请职位相关度很强的实习经历、是否学生干部等。
