  温馨提示:如何充分认识自己?

  对于优秀人才们说究竟在这些声名显赫的机构中甘当“绿叶”,耐得寂寞等待出头之日还是进入别的不太知名的机构争取尽早成为“红花”呢?

  职业指导专家对此众说纷纭,但笔者认为应当因人而异,据实分析。

  首先是要搞清楚“我需要什么”?

  每个人才都应当对自身的需求有个恰如其分的定位,是追求高薪?还是追求稳定?或是二者兼而有之?是为了找一个发挥自己能力冒险的机会?还是太太平平过几天安稳的日子?在回答清楚上述的问题后,对自己需求有了一个大概的了解。

  其次要搞清楚“我是谁”?

  千万不能对自己采取“当局者迷”的态度。一定对自身的整体能力和水平有一个非常清晰的认识,决不可以盲目自以为是。进入一家大机构,未必就是优秀人才;拥有一个“经理”头衔未必见得成为专业人士,自己的本领有多大,在同行中属几流水准要心中有数。

  最后做出明智的选择。真正的一流人才是应该在知名大机构大企业中拼搏一番的,如果等不到一步步往上爬,不妨也可闯入小机构试试,但笔者依多年的经验,庙太小,最终容不下大和尚。

  而不见得是一流人才的人才,可以在大机构中甘当“绿叶”,求个太平,时机成熟,或许也有可能成为“红花”;本身不是一流人才而又不甘成为“绿叶”的壮志凌云者,则应尽快寻找机会,发现那些有潜力的中小机构加盟,那么是可以如愿以偿,成为“红花”的。
