  温馨提示:什么样的简历更受青睐

  一、内容必须真实

  在简历的写作中,无论是工作经历、专业知识还是能力水平,哪怕是任何一个细小的地方,都必须要遵守一个原则。那就是“真实”。内容信息的真实与否,是考验求职者对自我的一种负责任的态度。如果内容虚假,那么在被企业单位发现后,求职者也必定会被打上“不诚信”的标签,那么也注定无法获得优秀的工作机会。

  二、目标一定明确

  如何让HR觉得你能够胜任这份工作?重点就在于,简历所透露出来的对目标职位的确定性,即求职意向明确。至于简历中的一些内容,如工作经历等也应该围绕这个目标职位展开。一些公司的职位申请,尤其是较为知名的企业,他们更希望知道的是求职者对自己工作职位的明确认知和具体定位。那些对自己的工作没有任何定位的人,往往就是最容易被淘汰的。

  三、简洁但要厚实

  一份简历的简洁在于,把求职者最大的特点在一张纸的篇幅内呈现给HR。据西门子公司校园招聘负责人介绍,在第一轮的简历筛选时,平均每份简历最多只有30秒的时间。这也就意味着,不能够在这30秒内把自身优势展示出来的简历,就会被淘汰。因而长篇大论的简历是不可取的。

  而所谓厚实,是指必须把简历充实起来,特别是工作经历和能力水平这两块,而不是一两句话就随意带过。

  四、采用倒叙方法

  一般在交代工作经历的时候,都要选择按一定的时间顺序来叙述。而HR建议,最好是运用倒叙手法,从最接近的时间开始写。这样更容易让筛选简历的考官们看到简历中重要的信息内容。而不管采用哪种方式,便于阅读是最主要的原则。

  五、莫写所有经验

  是不是该把所有经历都写上,以显示经验丰富?——并不是的。

  在简历中,只需要把符合求职目标的相关经历和经验重点描述出来即可。因为这些相关经历,能够证明你适合这份工作,可以胜任自己的岗位。而剩下的一些经历可以略写甚至不写。这样既不会拖沓,又能在短时间内把突出自己的经历亮点。

  六、不同公司简历不同

  公司不相同,职位不相同,简历的制作针对点自然也不相同。对HR而言,校园招聘是想招到符合公司定位的毕业大学生。这也就决定了,求职者在做简历的时候,必须要结合各个不同企业的具体情况和要求,做出符合不同企业口味的简历。
