数字最有说服力
如果你是一个求职者,你会愿意挑选下面两句话中的哪一句加入你的简历:
a:实行新的人事政策,提高了员工的士气。
b:实行新的人事政策,使缺勤率和人员调整率分别降低了27%和24%。
显然,第二句中的详细数字令人们对工作成果有了更加深刻的印象。即使无法以金额、数字或百分比表示的成就也能产生效果。以下陈述也有可能打动潜在的雇主:开发出一套存货控制系统,从而避免了重复供货;通过工程创新降低了产品责任风险;提前将产品推向市场。还有,把接管了一个问题成堆的地区,开发出新的客户服务及市场营销技巧,改写为接管了一个问题成堆的地区,开发出新的客户服务程式及市场营销技巧,并于两年内将市场占有率从4.8%提高至6.5%。于是,更具说服力的表述方式出炉了。
