面试官带有攻击性
不少面试官故意在某一段时间内,用攻击性的态度对待应试者,提出特别尖锐的问题,有意令应试者感到特别尴尬,借此考验应试者的应变能力及面对不寻常情况时,表示是否得体、胸襟是否开阔等。
千万不要以为面试官是故意刁难自己,马上 “ 翻脸 ” 应保持风度和礼貌,就问题核心内容阐述自己的观点。动怒不是明智之举,哪怕你只是对其中的一个面试官发怒,也会令其他面试官反感,坐失录用良机。
面试官之间看似矛盾
一些小姐面试时,其中有的面试官表现无礼,提出尖锐的问题故意为难你而有的面试官 “ 温文尔雅 ” 甚至与前者 “ 针锋相对 ” 看似相互矛盾,实则在演戏 ” 只不过有的扮演 “ 红脸 ” 有的扮演 “ 白脸 ” 意图制造混乱,扰乱应试者心态。
遇上这种情况,应试者一定要沉着冷静,不能无礼,更不要焦躁不安。应站稳脚跟,以 “ 不变应万变 ” 根据自己的判断,稳妥表达。
面试官态度散漫
有时面试官会装出一副漫不经心的样子,好像对这次面试不太重视。特别是一些经验丰富的主试者,时常采取自然发展式的面试方法。目的看应试者是否易受别人干扰。
应试者千万不要跳进这种常见的圈套中,以为自己可以一样轻率,随便谈天说地,而应该以认真的态度回答那些看似无关紧要的问题。请记住:面试官都很忙,绝对不会拿你开玩笑!
面试官过分轻松友善
面试时,一些面试官会故意表现得轻松、亲切而友善,旨在打破应试者的心理底线,说许多潜意识的甚至只有与 “ 狐朋狗友 ” 一起才说的东西。
可能就是所谓的笑里藏刀 ” 注意,只是应试者,应该坚持谦虚有礼的态度,给面试者留下沉稳可靠的印象。
