  1.积极的自我暗示

  在面试前,面试者习惯于叙述一些自身的事情。这些叙述通常是讲给别人听的,然而却无意中在暗示着自己。面试焦虑者的叙述常常是消极的,他习惯对别人讲“我可能通不过面试”,“我缺乏应变能力,我恐怕难以对付面试中的应变题”,“我表达能力不够好”等等。这些消极的暗示会破坏良好的心境,分散注意力,降低面试者的自信,将会把面试者引入胡思乱想之中,致使面试者无法在面试中发挥自己的正常水平,其面试结果不幸被面试者的消极暗示所言中。相反,假如能对自己进行积极的暗示,面试者就会充满自信,心境悠然,注意力集中,思维敏捷,以致在面试中积极地表现自我,面试结果也会常常被自己的积极暗示所言中。因此,面试者必须习惯于多给自己积极的评价,必须学会去积极地自我暗示。当然,积极的自我暗示并不是盲目乐观,脱离现实,以空幻美妙的想象来代替现实,而是客观、理性地看待自己,并对自己有积极的期待。

  2.利用“系统脱敏法”,消除过度焦虑

  所谓的“系统脱敏法”是通过一系列的步骤,逐渐训练个体的心理平衡能力,增强心理适应能力,从而消除敏感反应,保持身心的平衡状态。

  面试焦虑的系统脱敏可以这样进行:第一步,认真反思自己的情况,依程度轻重将引起面试焦虑的情境排序。第二步,运用想象进行“脱敏”训练。首先从能引起你最轻度焦虑的情境开始想象。尽量逼真地想象当时的各种情景、面试官的表情和自己的内心体验,一旦有身体的紧张反应或内心的焦虑状态出现,便用言语暗示“沉着”、“冷静”、“停止紧张”,同时进行有规律的深呼吸,尽量放松肌肉,以减弱自身的紧张状态,直至镇定自若。然后想象第二个情境,依次进行训练,最后达到想象最紧张的面试情景时,也能够轻松自如。

  3.充分的自我认识和对面试过程的详尽了解

  面试者既能充分地了解公务员面试的要求、题型、时间、地点、类型等等具体操作过程,做到心中有数;同时又能正确地评价自己,既相信自己的能力,又实事求是,不好高鹜远,也不自轻自贱。这样一来,面试前的焦虑自然会减轻。
