  面对领导“灰色情绪”应如何应对的面试技巧:

  “单位好比一棵爬满猴子的树:往下看,全是笑脸;往上看,全是屁股。”这条看似笑话的短信道出了职场上等级的威力。身为下属,赶上领导工作忙、气不顺,些微差错,保不齐也会招来一顿狠批;明明是新来的年轻人犯了错误,领导却把脾气发到老员工身上;看到领导阴沉着脸,员工也都战战兢兢,大气也不敢喘……面对领导的“灰色情绪”,下属应该如何应对呢?

  要把握这一点,首先要从领导与下属的关系说起。从心理学的角度来看,领导的角色很类似于家庭中的家长,尤其类似于父亲;下属类似于子女。我们小时候大概都有过这样的经验:当家长遇到不顺心的事,家庭气氛就变得凝重起来,若在这时犯了错,就很可能被家长抓过来教训一顿。

  领导不是神,也会有喜怒哀乐,所以面对上司脸上的“阴天”,做下属的要学会一些技巧。如果上司情绪不好时,你因为一些小错误遭到了严厉的批评,千万不要和他硬碰硬,你不妨虚心接受批评,然后跟自己说“领导更不容易,他现在只是心情不好,我该理解他”。事后,也不要为了这点小事找领导纠缠不休。

  尽管领导的情绪有时就像办公室的晴雨表,他们心情不好,常会让员工人人自危。但是千万别因此感到压抑或烦躁。你不要总揣测上司为什么不高兴,更不要认为是自己犯错而惹怒了领导。这时,你最好按部就班地工作,即使和领导汇报工作,也不要表现得唯唯诺诺,值得注意的是,说话语速要放慢,最好不要啰嗦个没完。

  如果领导在心情不好时,别人犯了错,却迁怒到你身上,你最好不要追着领导申辩。倘若你非要针锋相对地理论出个青红皂白,那样领导就很可能把怨气一股脑地撒在你身上。同时,你也要反思,领导为什么不迁怒于别人,是不是自己真的有些地方值得改进。

  有的领导因为和家人闹得不愉快,他们会和与自己关系好的下属倾诉,弄得这些下属心情糟糕,无法专注地工作,可无法拒绝。此时,身为下属的你,一定不要摆出“公私分明”的脸孔。最好先和领导一起分享他的感受,尽量不去谈事情的细枝末节。

  领导始终是大家最关注的人,所以大家传一些关于上司的“八卦”也是很常见的事情。这些话难免会传到领导耳朵里,让他们感到恼火。这时,你能做的就是一如既往的工作,尽量不要刻意去安慰领导。这样,他很可能认为你是“做贼心虚”,把一切罪责都归咎于你。
