现场招聘面试技巧
1.请自我介绍。
这是你如何面对面试的第一个问题。请简短地介绍你的主要工作经历。如果你是节节高升的工作经历,那么就从过去讲到现在,如果你想强调你目前,也就是最近的职位的工作经验对你所要应聘的职位有很大的帮助,那么就从现在开始介绍。当然,有一些公司的HR会规定你的自我介绍顺序。
2.你为何会辞职?
辞职动机可以告诉HR,你的职业价值观,和哪些因素会影响你的工作稳定性。这是非常容易回答“出错”的问题。你需要积累经验。
3.你的优点和缺点是什么?
对于优点,不必谦虚,直接说就好了。至于缺点,现在很有趣的现像是,即使你回答的是你真的缺点,面试官也会说:这个缺点谁都有的,这并不能算是你的缺点。有几次我是在说自己真的缺点,但面试官还是那么说的。
4.你对本公司和本职位有什么了解?
尽量的研究JD和从猎头那里得到的消息,找到与你之前工作经验相关的部分。你把JD打印出来贴在墙上一点也不过分,若这份工作能让你的薪水翻几番。
5.你为什么觉得你适合此职位?或你能给我们公司带来什么?我们为什么应该雇佣你?你为何要应聘这个职位?
直接表达你的意愿就好了,重点是你能给公司带来什么,当然也要表达你能从这个职位当中获得什么,因为HR不会相信哪些高级职位会招聘到完全贡献,愿意牺牲自己应得利益的人,这也是一种不成熟的表现。“我进公司主要是为了学习,工资多少我不在乎”这种句型只适合应届毕业生,和一些低级职位的应聘。但通常你只很直接地说出一个答案:因为薪水,是非常糟糕的答案,除非你能告诉公司你为什么值得这个薪水。如果是猎头推荐的职位,在有些情况薪水是已经谈好的,没有必要再提。同时,几乎所有的公司都会尽可能把每个职位定在最可能低的水准,如果你只回答是因为薪水,这会让你非常掉价,因为公司通常是愿意要招聘到物超所值的人,而不是仅仅刚够到最低工资水准的人。
