面试陷阱时刻警惕
面试一个求职过程不容忽略的过程,想要面试过程表现出色,那么每个细节都不容忽视,直到面试的最后一秒。据调查显示,很多求职者整场表现都很出色,但为什么最后没有被录用呢?很多人往往都输在了最后。下面就为大家举个例子,在面试最后,很多面试官都会在面试的最后时刻抛出一个看似漫不经心的问题:“你还有什么问题要问我们的吗?”面对这个问题,你万不可掉以轻心!很多人都倒在了这面试最后5分钟里。
太高估自己
让猎头印象深刻的是一个叫阿K的求职者。阿K工作了5年,经过5年的磨练,他觉得自己各方面的工作技能都有了显著提高,尤其是英语水平突飞猛进。当他在报纸上看到一家500强外企在招聘部门经理秘书时,信心十足地认为以自己眼下的资历这个职位非他莫属。阿K在面试环节的前30分钟里表现得都算不错,然而却栽在了最后5分钟的“提问环节”上。
阿K最后5分钟的提问让面试官啼笑皆非。他问道:“我只想提两个问题:一、听说贵公司遭受金融风暴的打击较深,这一季度公布的财报不是很好,请问公司有什么对策?二、最近你们的竞争对手××公司出台了一系列推广新产品的市场活动,收效很不错,而你们的新产品却迟迟没有推出,请问贵公司在新产品推广上是怎么考虑的?具体有哪些市场推广计划呢?”
面对阿K一脸傲气的样子,面试官很有礼貌地笑了笑,用标准的公关辞令回避了这些问题。阿K在面试之后感觉很好,却一直都没接到对方公司的复试通知……
Tips:阿K面试的是部门经理秘书,只是一个普通的行政职位,并非总经理秘书,更不是董事会秘书,而阿K最后的提问姿态完全是站在高管或者媒体记者的立场上,自然会令面试官啼笑皆非。最后的面试提问环节,看似面试官创造出一股随意开放的气氛,给予求职者充分的提问空间,但面试官暗中考量的是,求职者的关注点和兴趣点是否在于这份工作本身,对于这个公司的企业文化等是否认同。在其位谋其职,求职者请不要在面试时过分高估自己;而“知彼”方能判断未来的职位和公司是否适合自己,也请不要浪费了提问的机会。
骑驴找马
还有一个跳槽的人,在面试的最后5分钟也表现得“非正常”。阿A是学平面设计的,去面试的岗位是某广告公司的广告文案策划。在整个面试的大部分时间中,他都表现得中规中矩,也从面试官那边得到了一些比较积极的暗示。结合他的个人履历,原本他被录取的几率还是存在的,但问题也出在最后一环。
最后面试官问:“你还有什么问题要问的吗?”他的回答是:“我想了解一下你们这里做网页设计的工作需要会干点什么,因为这个好像和我的专业也相关的……”结果,他没有接到该公司的入职电话。
Tips:阿A的例子可能表现得比较极端,但确有不少求职者都会遇到类似的问题。他们眼里是立马准备要去面试的这个岗位,内心其实又觉得另外有几个岗位说不定自己也可以尝试一下。于是内心默默地给自己留了几条后路。做多手准备是没错的,但是当具体到某一场面试时还是要按捺住自己“不安的心”,先对待好眼前的这场“演出”。
