温馨提示:宣讲会中不得不知的“潜规则”
(一)参会前多做功课,了解职位设置,更了解自己适合的位置
这样你就知道自己在整个宣讲会中该着重听哪些部分,在珍贵的交流环境多问一些有关的问题。
(二)早点排队占座,争取能坐到主席台的视线容易落到的地方
不要小看自己的位次,如果是能够和主席台目光交流的地方,不仅会在潜意识中为HR留下印象(当然你要保持微笑,保持热情,整洁大方),而且也无形中增加了你想提问时被点到的几率。
(三)不要被炫目的舞台所迷惑,要学会提取信息
比如播放企业宣传片、flash时提到的一些公司的一些标语、口号、主题等等,这些都有可能是你面试时候遇到的问题 ,而且如果你能掌控面试过程的话,这些也是你表现的最好的点。
(四)最重要的,着重关注想要申请的部门的宣传片
这些宣传片有的是一个工作场景的展示,有的是员工的现身说法,也有是一个具体问题的解决,要站在一定的高度上去高度重视这个。如有的宣传片是讲在这个部门内一个具体工作的实施的记录,可以注意他的工作流程是什么样的?主管是什么?同事做的都是什么样的工作?遇到问题的时候向谁求助?向谁请示?谁是你的汇报对象?等等。留心并记录,也许你面试的时候发现面试官很面熟,对,如果你说出你记得他,在宣传片里给你留下很深的印象,是不是也能给你自己的面试加分不少?
