投简历后多久会有消息
我们普遍的感觉,就是投简历后杳无音信,简历犹如石沉大海。那么问题究竟出在哪呢?实际上,我们忘记了一点,也很大程度上是没有发现这个规律:投简历的滞后期,而且是一个月以上的滞后期。这就意味着在你坚持每天投递简历后,直到第三周,20天之前投的简历才发挥了作用。道理很简单,你投递简历到对方通知你面试,需要一个过程。
人事首先要在茫茫应聘者中挑出他认为合适的简历,于众多的候选者中在筛选出数名他认为大体合适的比方说20份简历,这就是粗选的过程,需要几天来完成。这位人事专员当然也有很多其他的日常工作,至少需要另外几天时间才能从这20份简历中将你挑出,比方说被看中的共计是10份简历。
然后,他才会将这10份简历和缺人部门的职位要求描述做一个细致比较,发现其中有5份不合格,那么他会再次挑选并补足,总共10份筛选后的简历推荐给需求部门,这就是个精选的过程。

如果这5个人中已经有2位在此期间找到新工作了,或者几个人面试下来没有合格的,或者答应准时赴约的面试者突然临时变卦不来了,甚至人事在重新理解部门的要求之后又将之前粗选淘汰的你挑了出来……
这些都需要时间,因为如此等等众多原因,所以从投递简历到大批量收到面试电话,这中间有至少20天的滞后期。如果你从1月1号开始,每天坚持投递20个新职位,那么真正的面试电话高峰还不是1月20日,而是在2月15日前后。最后一个电话甚至可能在5月1日之后。怎么会拖到5月1日呢?部门经理出了个长差,或者原先确定的面试成功者找到更好的去向不来了,或者这个职位冻结了2个月又解冻了,或者在新人招来之前又有老人跳槽所以部门真正开始人手不够了。
如何避免简历“石沉大海”呢?当然需要通过方法的运用,这是我们投递简历阶段的核心。所以,请记住,要提前准备,每个工作日20份以上简历投递出去,至少一个月后,大量的真正有效的面试电话才会到来。
