压力面试应对技巧
一、事先了解
首先,你得知道你即将面对的是压力面试。这一句不是废话,了解你将要面临的情况才能做得更好。如果我们已经知道接下来是要进行压力面的话,那就成功一半了。
二、常用手段
一般来说,压力面主要是由面试官营造的一种紧张气氛让你头脑反应不过来,从而造成自我紧张。他们通常用如下方式来使人紧张:
抓你简历上的漏洞,不断的追问,一个个出其不意的问题让人不及反应;
揪住你说的每一句话,如果有少许的前后矛盾的话,也是面试官的切入点;
通常他们会紧紧把握节奏,不容你有思考的时间,一句话说完,马上会接下去;
似是而非的质疑点,会让你试着解释,但又说会对结局影响不大。
就我经验只想到这些了,有机会再补充。
三、慢字决
在面对这样迫人的面试时,我们只要做到一个字:
慢
只有慢下来,才能跳出面试官控制的那个节奏,回到自己的节奏;
只有慢下来,才能清楚的想问题,不至于被人奇着鼻子走;
只有慢下来,才能做到从容不迫,做到前后一致。
通常来说,我们并不能Hold得住整个场面,并不能把整个节奏放慢,但只要我们在回答问题前有意识的停顿,思路就可能回来。一定要做得放慢自己的语速,尽管你平时是个急性子,是个语速非常快的人,当在那个时候也有有意的把语速放慢,个人觉得在平时说话语速上再慢个三分之一就行了。
当你表现得不急不躁时,反而给人的感觉是你很有料,很沉稳。
四、诚实又有原则
无论哪一轮面试,诚实是必然的。个人认为在个人履历方面的作假十分不必要,也很给自圆其说的。万一哪天你成了唐骏那个人知名职业经理人呢,万一又冒出另一个“方同学”呢?
其次是有原则,当聊到一些比较边缘但又不影响大局的问题时,我们可以礼貌地拒绝回答。特别是那些为了营造紧张氛围而问的问题,个人觉得完全可以拒绝回答。而且对方也是可以了解的,并不会在那个问题直纠结。
