  在面试中如何“察颜观色”

  要提高求职的成功率,除了必要的专业知识和面试准备、良好的心理素质和合适的仪表等不可或缺的要素外,求职者还要学会在面试时候"察颜观色"。

  在面试中,单位和求职者直接见面,形成了一个人际互动的局面,求职者学会如何看懂对方的"脸色",也是求职过程中不可忽视的一项能力。因为面试官在与求职者交谈过程中,他的脸色、神态和举止也相应地表达了他的想法和意图。

  有时候,求职者在面试中介绍自身的某个特长,面试官却不时地移开目光,那么他很可能对求职者的介绍并没有特别在意或没有兴趣,求职者应当尽快跳过,看是否还有值得向他介绍的其他信息。有时,面试官一再询问求职者是否拥有英语四六级、计算机或其他门类等级证书等,很显然,该公司着重想招聘的是复合型的人才,求职者应该把获得的证书一个不少地展示出来,把自身的特长一一介绍出来。

  再如,求职者在表述出自己的薪水和待遇等方面的要求后,对方面露难色,或者是态度没有刚才自然,那么说明对方在这个问题上持保留意见。假如低于这个薪水,求职者确实感到不甚满意,可以直接说出来,看对方如何对答。假如这个职位在发展前景上很有潜力,那么求职者在此时就应该巧妙地表示愿意放低一点要求,从而避免仅仅因薪水问题上的小小分歧而错过一个不错的职位。当然,想真正解读出对方的心意,有时不能只听他说了哪些话,更要紧地是看他是如何表述这些话的。这点需要求职者尽量多到求职场上"实战",才能更好地把握"察颜观色"这项求职技能。
