  面试的方式

  面试的方式很多,概括起来有以下几种。

  (1)模式化面试。由主考官根据预先准备好的询问题和有关细节,逐一发问。其目的是为了获得有关应试者全面,真实的材料,观察应试者的仪表,谈吐和行为,以及沟通意见等。

  (2)问题式面试。由主考官对应试者提出一个问题或一项计划,请应试者予以完成解决。其目的是为了观察应试者在特殊情况中的表现,以判断其解决问题的能力。

  (3)非引导式面试(无目的式面试)。即主考官海阔天空地与应试者交谈,让应试者自由地发表议论,尽量活跃气氛,在闲聊中观察应试者的能力、知识、谈吐和风度。

  (4)压力式面试。由主考官有意识地对应应试者施加压力,针对某一问题做一连串的发问,不仅详细,而且追根问底,直至无法回答。甚至有意识刺激应试者,看应试者在突如其来的压力下能否做出恰当的反应,以观察其机智程度和应变能力。

  (5)综合式面试。由主考官通过多种方式综合考察应试者多方面的才能。如用外语同应试者会话以考察其外语水平,让应试者抄写一段文字以考察其书法,让应试者讲一段课文以考察其演讲能力等,也许还会要求应试者现场操作等。

  以上几种面试是根据面试的内容划分的。在实际面试过程中,主考官可能只采取一种面试方式,也可能同时采用几种面试方式。
