这个问题一旦问出,相信电话那头的HR就差当场“血溅三尺”了。不用说,你根本没有重视自己曾经的那个“投递”动作,或者你把鸡蛋放在了太多的篮子里,导致自己都忘记每个篮子的长相了。在HR眼里,你的罪名首先在于,你没有足够的诚意;第二就是,你是一个没有规划的人。除非你真的是一个超级大人才,否则,你的命运肯定不会太好。
疗伤方法:如果你真的不记得对方是哪个公司的,你可以先不着急询问,而是先听HR慢慢询问,再唤起记忆。
禁忌二:你们能给我多少薪水?

有人认为,面试的时候,最好把薪水这件事情说说清楚,如果大家期望值不匹配,那也省得彼此再多浪费时间。但是,电面的情况有点特殊,首先你们互相都没有见到对方,了解不够直观,其次,电话里交谈的内容通常都是一些基础问题,不会过于深入,因此,在这种状况下,贸贸然就谈到薪酬,多少有点不妥。
疗伤方法:如果你真的非常想了解薪水状况,那可以曲线救国,在描述你之前的工作时,看似无意间捎带出你之前的薪水状况,然后表示,你的跳槽也是希望薪资上能有所提高。
禁忌三:你们公司的某某经理还在吗?

你们公司的谁谁怎么样了?他还在公司吗?等等诸如此类的问题,也被无忧论坛上的HR们所诟病。如果你打探的人是某个领导,那多心的HR甚至会认为你这是在向他示威,暗示他你是某个领导的熟人。记住,职场向来忌谈八卦。
