1、行为面试
这种面试要求应聘者描述曾经完成的工作，HR通过了解过去发生的事件来预测未来。应对这样的面试，一定要把握住HR想要详细了解个人能力的心理，要通过举例子，描述细节来体现个人的特点，越详细越好。
2、问题解决型面试
这种面试一般会提供一个问题，让应聘者给出解决方案，考察应聘者的分析和创造能力。在回答这类问题时，不妨要求考官给出两三分钟的思考时间，以便给出一个相对完善的答案。
3、案例面试
这样的面试往往提供篇幅很长的案例，给大约两个小时阅读总结，另外还有可能需要演示分析结果，是一种强度较大的面试类型。应聘者应该表现出很强的搜集整理信息和归纳总结的能力。
4、压力面试
这样的面试里，面试官会故意创造一种不友好的气氛，故意刁难应聘者。当然，目的在于考察一个应聘者是否拥有积极的心态和正面的态度。所以一定要避免与面试官产生冲突，而应该展示出成熟的态度和冷静处理问题的能力。

1.做真实的自己。
2.调整好心态，将自己摆在和面试官平等的位置，自信会自然地流露。
3.学会倾听他人讲话。
4.和面试官展开友好的开放的讨论。
