假期兼职招聘骗局大致可以分为下面几种类型：
第一种是骗钱陷阱。
骗取钱财是最常见的，在招聘各个环节都可能出现，让人防不胜防。一些“黑中介”通常要求大学生上岗前交报名费、注册费、押金等，收了钱后，则给大学生一份无法在期限内完成的工作，或寻找各种理由不安排工作。一些“皮包公司”在面试大学生后，会要求其参加所谓上岗培训，并要交培训费，最后以培训没通过的理由开脱。
第二种是骗力陷阱。
一些不良企业看准大学生法律意识不强，强迫其加班加点，甚至克扣工资。有的以试用期为借口，免费使用求职者一段时间后，找理由拒付薪酬。
第三种是传销陷阱。
从中国民间反传销协会志愿者处了解到，每到暑期、年关这两个时间段，陷入传销组织的大学生就会成倍增加，其中许多人符合“网恋—异地见面—见面后被人身控制—陷入传销组织”这一特征。
