  假期兼职招聘骗局大致可以分为下面几种类型:
  第一种是骗钱陷阱。
  骗取钱财是最常见的,在招聘各个环节都可能出现,让人防不胜防。一些“黑中介”通常要求大学生上岗前交报名费、注册费、押金等,收了钱后,则给大学生一份无法在期限内完成的工作,或寻找各种理由不安排工作。一些“皮包公司”在面试大学生后,会要求其参加所谓上岗培训,并要交培训费,最后以培训没通过的理由开脱。
  第二种是骗力陷阱。
  一些不良企业看准大学生法律意识不强,强迫其加班加点,甚至克扣工资。有的以试用期为借口,免费使用求职者一段时间后,找理由拒付薪酬。
  第三种是传销陷阱。
  从中国民间反传销协会志愿者处了解到,每到暑期、年关这两个时间段,陷入传销组织的大学生就会成倍增加,其中许多人符合“网恋—异地见面—见面后被人身控制—陷入传销组织”这一特征。
